House am Wilde Aar is a traditional half-timbered house, originally a farmhouse dating from 1880 and is located on the brook Wilde Aar. The house is in Referinghausen, between Winterberg and Willingen, is the ideal base for skiing, hiking, cycling and motorcycling. This part of the Sauerland is known for its most sunshine and beautiful scenery. In 2014 the house was completely renovated and modernized and equipped with central heating. Around the house is 2000 m2 of garden at your disposal. Due to its sunny location, you can enjoy the view and the sound of the beek.De property has plenty of parking. Bicycles can be stored inside.  

The holiday home originally consists of 2 houses which are connected to an intermediate door. The house is now rented as one large holiday home and is suitable for 12 to 16 people. The home has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. Each bedroom has two box jumping beds that can be made as 2 single beds or 1 double bed. An extra bunk bed is available on 2 bedrooms. That is why we consider the house suitable for 12 adults and 4 children. A total of 2 cots are available and a folding bed for an additional child.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a large dining table for the whole company, a living room with TV on the first floor. On the ground floor is a second kitchen with dining table, living room with TV and wood stove. Ideal if part of the company wants to watch TV separately or withdraw. The house is fully equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The house is equipped with a generous sunny balcony, a closed garden and a large communal garden with apple trees where you can barbecue, play football or light a fire at the fire pit. In the apple grove there are two picnic tables.
